It is your responsibility to review and approve all design specifications, dimensions, material selections, and finishes for custom orders. Once approved and manufacturing has commenced, custom orders are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or significant deviation from the approved specifications by luxury.insanidean.id. 7. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

8.5. Chargebacks: Any unjustified chargebacks initiated by you may result in the suspension of your account and future refusal of service. You agree to communicate any payment disputes directly with us before initiating a chargeback.
9. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

9.4. Risk of Loss and Damage: The risk of loss for Products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, for high-value home exterior materials, we may implement additional insurance or premium delivery services. It is your responsibility to inspect all Products upon delivery before signing for them.
9.5. Inspection Upon Delivery: You or your designated representative must thoroughly inspect all packages and Products immediately upon receipt for any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
a. Visible Damage: If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the Product itself, you must document it with photographs, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and refuse the shipment if the damage is severe. You must then notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographic evidence of the damage.
b. Concealed Damage: If damage is not visible externally but discovered upon unpacking, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
c. Failure to Inspect: Failure to inspect or report damage within the specified timelines may result in the denial of a claim for replacement or refund.
9.6. Installation: luxury.insanidean.id primarily provides Products. We generally do not provide direct installation services unless otherwise explicitly stated in a project-specific contract. If we recommend third-party installers, it is solely as a convenience, and we do not endorse or guarantee their services. Any contract for installation is directly between you and the third-party installer. We are not responsible for any damages, errors, or issues arising from the installation of our Products by third parties. Users must ensure that their chosen installers are qualified, insured, and adhere to all relevant building codes and safety standards. Proper site preparation and environmental considerations (e.g., drainage, foundation stability) are the sole responsibility of the User and their selected professionals prior to product installation.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
10.1. General Return Policy: For standard, non-customized, and non-special order Products, you may be eligible to return them within a specified period (e.g., seven (7) to fourteen (14) days) from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused, undamaged condition, and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of [e.g., 15-25%] and the User is responsible for all return shipping costs.
10.2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to their bespoke nature, the following items are generally NOT eligible for return or refund, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or significant deviation from approved specifications:

b. Special order items: Products ordered specifically for you from a supplier, not regularly stocked by luxury.insanidean.id.
c. Clearance or discounted items: Products sold as “final sale” or “as-is.”
d. Installed products: Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned unless a latent manufacturing defect is discovered after installation, which must be reported immediately and verified by us.
e. Samples: Material samples are provided as a guide and are not eligible for return or refund.
10.3. Procedure for Returns: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may be refused. You will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your return.
10.4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned Product has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return policy criteria. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
10.5. Cancellations:
a. Standard Products: You may cancel an order for standard products before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return according to section 10.1.
b. Custom / Special Orders: Cancellations for custom or special orders are generally not permitted once manufacturing or sourcing has commenced. If a cancellation is requested before commencement, any deposits made may be subject to forfeiture to cover administrative and preparatory costs.

If a Product is confirmed to be damaged during transit or genuinely defective due to manufacturing, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including applicable shipping costs, contingent upon proper reporting and verification. We reserve the right to inspect the damaged/defective product (e.g. by requesting its return or photographic evidence) before issuing a resolution.

a. THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.
b. THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED, OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE WEBSITE.
c. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.
d. STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE WEBSITE.

Cap on Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LUXURY.INSANIDEAN.ID, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO LUXURY.INSANIDEAN.ID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00), WHICHEVER IS LESSER.
12.3. Exclusions: The limitation of liability set forth above applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, but does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.4. No Liability for Installation Issues: As luxury.insanidean.id primarily supplies products and generally does not provide installation services (unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate contract), we shall not be liable for any damages, defects, or issues arising from the installation of our products, improper handling, or lack of proper site preparation, regardless of whether a third-party installer was recommended or chosen by you.
